Mr. Marcoux has been Co-Founder and Managing Partner of White Star Capital since 2014 and is a board member of several technology companies. Previously, Mr. Marcoux was Co-Founder, Executive Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer of Ludia Inc. from 2007 to 2013, Senior Director, Mergers and Acquisitions at TC Transcontinental from 2003 to 2007 and worked at Scotia Capital in the Investment Banking Division from 2000 to 2003. Mr. Marcoux earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the HEC at the University of Montréal and a Master of Finance from the University of Sherbrooke and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
